Palmer and Cook Developments Limited respects your privacy and follows the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
This website has no forms. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, by email or phone, and then only what you send us: usually your name, contact details and what you’d like to know.
How we use it
We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to keep you updated about our developments. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone outside Palmer & Cook, except the people we work with to answer you (for example, a sales agent for a development you’ve asked about).
The website itself

Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiry@palmerandcook.co.nz and we’ll respond within 20 working days.
