Welcome to Lola Cuba, Palmer & Cook Developments’ newest boutique development in the heart of Petone. In this first look inside the project, we walk through the now-completed interiors of the two-bedroom homes and showcase the elevated finishes, thoughtful design choices, and premium inclusions that make Lola Cuba something truly special.
Inspired by Petone’s coastal surroundings, the interiors combine warm textures, natural tones, and refined detailing throughout.
